| EDO (Extended Data Out) can improve cycle times by allowing the memory controller to begin a new column address instruction while it is reading data at the current address. FPM (Fast Page Mode) is a type of DRAM that allows faster access to data in the same row or page. These modules are used for technology with older designs or as replacement parts for customer's systems. EDO and FPM modules are available in 30 pin, 72 pin, 100 pin, 144 pin, 168 pin and 200 pin form factors. |
